What delivery options do you offer?

All our products are shipped from the UK using our fulfillment centres. Delivery is completely free and your product will arrive normally within 3 to 4 working days.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with my product?

In rare cases where one of our products hasn’t worked for you, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. Please contact us on info@elitehealthnutrition.co.uk for return requests.

What is the best for date on your supplements?

The use by date of our supplements is generally two years from point of manufacture due to making smaller more frequent orders for our stock we are able to provide fresher higher quality supplements for our customers.

What manufacturing standards do your products meet?

All of our products our manufactured in the UK to meet GMP standards and comply with the Food supplements (England) Regulations 2003 act.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If your order has not arrived after this time, and you are certain that it isn’t with a neighbour or another member of your household, please contact us and we will investigate further.

It is our policy to replace items that are lost in post, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that items must be reported as missing within 40 days of being dispatched to you as we are unable to take any action on your behalf after this time.
